This Privacy Policy explains how Belmont NRC Sub A LLC, an affiliate of Northland Residential Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information through this website for The Olmsted, a community of townhomes for sale in Belmont, Massachusetts (the “Site”). Sales and marketing for The Olmsted are handled by LandVest | Christie’s International Real Estate (“LandVest”), our exclusive sales agent.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject and content of your message, and how you heard about The Olmsted. If you call or email our sales team, we collect the information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general location derived from your IP address. LandVest. Contact form submissions are delivered to the LandVest sales team so they can respond to you.
Affiliates. With Northland Residential Corporation and its affiliated entities involved in developing and selling The Olmsted.
